At YoFonzz, all hair services — including free transformation services — are provided with care, professionalism, and clear communication. Because each appointment requires dedicated time, preparation, and resources, the following policies apply:

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from future free-service opportunities.

 

 

Refunds

 

At this time, YoFonzz does not collect payments for transformation services offered through the YouTube channel.

If paid services are added in the future, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service performed and time invested.

 

 

Service Adjustments

 

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, contact us within 48 hours, and we will discuss a follow-up appointment or correction if appropriate.

 

 

Digital Products & Courses (Future Policy)

 

All digital sales — including ebooks, online courses, or downloadable content — will be final unless otherwise specified on the product page.
